Confirmation Emails

As a courtesy, we will send you a confirmation email for your appointment three business days prior to your appointment. Please contact us if there are any changes that need to be made.

Cancellation Policy

For all appointments, 48 hours cancellation is required. If you cancel within 24 hours you’ll be charged 50% of your service cost. If you cancel or no-show the same day, you will be charged 100% of your service amount.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment may be rescheduled.

Missed Appointments

In the event that you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may be considered a walk-in.

Walk-Ins

We welcome walk-in customers, however, if it is not convenient with your schedule you may have a waiting period or need to schedule an actual appointment.

Daily Deals

We offer daily deals with our NEW clients: Living Social, Groupon etc. Please make sure to read the fine print. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment it must be done within 24 hours of your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule after that time your voucher will have to be used at face value with no exceptions.

Fees

All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees. Considering that all services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services. Please Note – Credit for salon services is not an option, including post-dated checks.

We are so sorry but we do not accept American Express. However, we do accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cash or Checks.

Returned Checks

Any returned check will result in a $25.00 service charge plus the face amount of the check to be paid before any other services can be rendered.

Gratuities

Tipping is up to the discretion of each client. The industry average is 15% – 20% of the service total prior to discounts or incentive offers. For your convenience, you can leave a gratuity on your credit card if so desired. Our Stylists greatly appreciate your generosity. An automatic gratuity of 18% will be assessed for parties of four or more.

Salon Redo Policy

At Allure Salon, we are committed to complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your hair, please contact the salon within 7 days of your appointment to schedule an appointment for a complimentary redo. The redo appointment will be booked with the same stylist who performed the original service. We do not offer refunds and ask you to refrain from trying to fix it yourself or going to another salon as we will not be able to perform the complimentary redo appointment.

Children in the Salon

As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in the efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while in the salon.
